PATTY DAVIDSON – Firm Administrator
Patricia (“Patty”) Davidson is the Firm Administrator for Paul Padda Law. Her duties range from managing staff to assisting the law firm’s attorney’s with the business/marketing aspects of operations. With a diverse professional background involving years of experience in the legal software industry, law firm accounting and human resources management, Patty is uniquely equipped to bring significant value to the firm’s operations which in turn benefits clients who receive a better experience. Law is a stressful profession. With Patty, the firm has a steady hand at the helm of business-end operations ensuring that the firm’s lawyers can concentrate on delivering first-rate representation to clients.
A native of Missouri, Patty has lived in Las Vegas for over 25 years. During her career, she has been actively involved with the Clark County Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada and the Nevada chapter of the Human Rights Campaign. Patty is a recent graduate of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership program and is active with the Nevada Justice Association. In her spare time, Patty enjoys exercise, reading and keeping in touch with the latest developments in the law firm management industry.
MARY GARCIA RUIZ – Immigration Paralegal
Mary Garcia Ruiz, a fluent Spanish speaker, serves as an immigration paralegal at Paul Padda Law ensuring that individuals and businesses receive first-class representation before the immigration authorities. With over a decade of experience in the field of immigration law, Mary understands the challenges and frustrations applicants can experience when seeking immigration benefits. Gifted with a calm personality and good sense of judgment, Mary helps clients by gathering necessary documents, working with the attorneys of the firm and formulating a plan of action in order to give the clients of the firm the best chance for success.
A native of Texas, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, reading and staying on top of the latest developments in the field of immigration law.
MARLENNE CASILLAS – Personal Injury Case Manager/ Legal Assistant
Marlenne Casillas is a personal injury case manager and legal assistant at Paul Padda Law. Marlenne gathers records and other important documents in personal injury cases in order to assist the firm’s attorneys in providing its clientele with first-rate representation. A fluent Spanish speaker, Marlenne helps the firm’s clients overcome language barriers and better understand the personal injury process. Possessing a warm and calm personality, Marlenne puts clients at ease. In her spare time, Marlenne enjoys socializing with friends and spending time with family.
Kelly Lane is a personal injury paralegal at Paul Padda Law. Kelly brings over 30 years of experience to the firm. Although her main focus has been assisting people with their injury claims, she is also well versed in Social Security Disability and Worker’s Compensation. Kelly understands the importance of being patient and a good listener when working with clients. She excels in balancing client contact with great organizational skills so clients are confident their cases are being handled as top priority.
Kelly was born in Bellingham, WA and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. One of her biggest passions, besides being an avid Seahawks fan, is singing. She has traveled with several musical groups performing at concerts and special events. Kelly spends a lot of her time away from work volunteering and teaching. She is also very close to her wonderful children and grandchildren.
Claudia Gomez is the Receptionist at Paul Padda Law. Claudia’s background in the medical field helps her to have an even better understanding of what our clients are experiencing as they go through treatment for their injury. This can be seen as she interacts with them and is able to convey calmness and understanding, even when they are having a stressful day. Claudia is the first point of contact and always goes the extra mile by listening and doing her best to assist clients in getting the information and interaction they need from our attorneys and case managers.
Claudia was born and raised in San Jose, California. She has strong family values and spends much of her time with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities such as bike riding, camping and water parks. She is also an outstanding cook.
